Job summary

• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framer team to deliver high-quality framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and customer relationships.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Enforce SOPs and company programs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance mgmt.
• Partner with MODs and store leadership to meet framing goals.
