Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Ensure SOP adherence and company programs, uphold policies, and hold the team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing on time and meet KPIs.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training; participate in Talent Development.
• Interact respectfully with others and promote the company values; support Omni-channel processes.
