You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload, manage inventory, and maintain store standards while serving as Manager on Duty. Previous framing or retail leadership is preferred, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager with SOP adherence and policy implementation.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver framing projects on time.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
