Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Leader for INDY-TRADERS POINTE, IN. You will lead a team of framers, coach selling behaviors, and drive custom framing sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, inventory, safety programs, and weekend/evening shifts, with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering quality framing solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to achieve their goals.
• Review sales and production workload and plan accordingly for networking and floor time.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs and participate in Talent Development.
