Candidate should have retail leadership experience, strong people skills, and the ability to manage workload and inventory in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team coaching experience preferred in retail.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to drive sales through framing solutions and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Manage SOP adherence and company programs across the store.
• Develop selling behaviors and coach the team to achieve KPIs.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet sales and production goals.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Omni-channel processes.
