The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Leader at the Indy Traders Pointe location to guide the framing team, drive custom framing sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, planning workloads with the Store Manager, managing inventory and safety programs, and supporting recruiting and training efforts to maintain high store standards. Nights, weekends and early mornings may be required.

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality, on-time framing solutions.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors to drive custom framing sales.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet customer timelines and KPI targets.
• Review sales and production workload and build daily/weekly framing plans.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs within the store.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
