Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach framing team to drive customer relationships and sales.
• Manage framing workload and achieve KPIs.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Support omni-channel processes to enhance customer experience.
