Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload, manage KPI performance, handle inventory, shrink and safety programs, and participate in interviewing and onboarding. This role requires a positive, service‑oriented leadership stance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and production goals.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; ensure SOP compliance.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and performance development of team members.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Omni channel processes.
