Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Fontana, CA to lead daily operations and a framing team. You will oversee sales, customer service, inventory, and safety programs while ensuring store policies and SOPs are followed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Preferred experience in retail management and leading a sales team.
• Experience with customer service and coaching is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of framing services and plan workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and plan floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interview, onboard, coach, and train new team members; support Talent Development and performance management.
• Interact with customers and support Omni‑channel processes.
