The Michaels Companies in Burlington, NC is seeking a Framing Manager to lead and coach a team of framers in delivering high-quality custom framing solutions and exceptional customer service. You will drive framing sales while coordinating workload with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets.

The role requires retail management experience, leadership in a sales environment, and familiarity with framing shop operations. This full-time position includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
• Manage workload, plan inventory, and ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Oversee store SOP compliance, safety programs, and KPI attainment.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and collaborate with daily MOD expectations.
