Job summary

You will drive custom framing sales, plan workload with the Store Manager, manage inventory and safety programs, and participate in interviewing, onboarding and coaching of new teammates. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach selling behaviors and drive KPI performance.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Basic computer skills for store operations.

Responsibilities
