• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing projects.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors to hit KPI targets.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in Talent Development activities.
