Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet role KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking.
• Manage inventory and shrink and safety programs.
