Job summary

You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, manage inventory and shrink, participate in interviews and training, and uphold safety standards while providing excellent service. This role requires leadership, basic computer skills, and retail framing experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOP adherence and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans for the sales floor and networking.
