Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail management experience and leadership of a sales team are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Leads the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve your KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new Team members; support Talent Development activities.
