Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP compliance and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead framing solutions delivery and workload planning with the Store Manager.
• Meet KPI targets and manage team KPI performance.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training.
• Coordinate with MODs on framing expectations.
• Ensure a respectful, customer-first store environment.
