Job summary

Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations and drive high-quality framing services. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workloads, coach the sales team, and ensure SOP adherence in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements; ensure execution of policies.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet their KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and schedules for the floor.
