Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Manage SOPs, company programs, and store conditions; ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors and deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.
• Review sales, production workload, inventory, shrink and safety programs; act as MOD.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, training, and talent development; support performance management.
• Interact with customers and support omni-channel processes.
