Job summary

Michaels Stores in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Store Lead to coach a team of framers, build customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload and ensure timely delivery of framing solutions.

You will manage SOP adherence, coaching, onboarding, and performance development; supervise inventory, shrink and safety programs; serve as Manager on Duty, and support omni-channel processes while upholding Michaels' values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage framing team KPI performance.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing and floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
