Job summary

Michaels in Danvers, MA seeks a Store Leader to guide a team of framers focused on creating strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality custom framing solutions. You will drive framing sales and assist customers in crafting memorable presentations for their art.

Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, collaborating with the Store Manager on workload, developing selling behaviors, hitting KPI targets, and overseeing inventory and safety programs while serving as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Prev. custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and deliver framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution.
• Ensure SOP adherence, training, and performance management of team.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet deadlines and KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty.
