Job summary

Michaels Stores BOS-STONEHAM, MA location seeks a Store Lead to guide a team of framers focused on customer relationships while delivering framing solutions for art. You will drive custom framing sales and help customers create memorable framing experiences.

This role involves leading the team, planning workloads with the Store Manager, achieving KPIs, managing inventory and safety programs, and acting as MOD to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver customer-focused framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing outcomes.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure on-time completion of tasks.
• Manage KPIs and supervise the framing team to achieve targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in hiring and coaching activities.
