You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing experiences. Responsibilities include leading a team, planning workload with the Store Manager, achieving KPI targets, managing inventory and safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Retail management and sales leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framers team to deliver high-quality framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and build strong customer relationships.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet KPI targets and ensure on-time framing service.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control and safety programs across the store.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support with interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
