Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team selling behaviors and uphold SOPs and company programs.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of new team members.
• Manage inventory, shrink, safety programs, and truck unloading/stocking processes.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and partner with MODs on framing expectations.
