Michaels is seeking a Store Manager or Senior Framer Leader at the Bay-San Leandro store to drive custom framing sales while building customer relationships. You will coach the framers, lead the team, and partner with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets and run daily operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate POS and store systems.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management or leadership experience is valued for guiding a sales team.

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload.
