Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Supervisor at our Irving, TX location to lead a framing team and drive customer-focused sales. You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality framing solutions for customers while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

The role supports the Store Manager and involves talent development, MOD responsibilities, and Omni channel activities to enhance the customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing plans.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs; ensure SOPs and policies are followed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support talent development activities; participate in performance management.
• Partner with MODs to align framing expectations and ensure strong customer service.
• Acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide framing solutions across Omni channel processes.
