Job summary

The Michael's Companies is seeking a Store Lead to coach a framing team focused on building customer relationships and crafting custom framing solutions. You will drive framing sales, assist in SOP adherence, manage staffing, and ensure high-quality results for art customers.

Responsibilities include overseeing inbound and outbound store operations, development of team selling behaviors, and participation in talent development and performance management.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Lead the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing and floor time.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
• Maintain inventory, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support Omni channel processes.
