Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Lead Framer to manage a team focused on building strong customer relationships through custom framing solutions. You will assist in SOP adherence, coach the team on selling behaviors, and ensure framing projects are delivered on time while meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities include workload planning, inventory/shrink management, and acting as Manager on Duty. Retail leadership experience and strong customer service are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team to meet role KPIs.
• Plan workload and sales floor time; manage inventory and shrink programs.
• Serve as MOD and participate in interviewing, onboarding and training.
