The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring a Store Lead Framer for CHLT-PARK ROAD, NC. You will lead and coach a team of framers who focus on delivering high-quality custom framing while building strong customer relationships.

You will drive custom framing sales, assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions, and work with the Store Manager to ensure SOPs, inventory, and safety programs are followed. Nights, weekends, and early hours are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers shaping customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing for their art.
• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs to ensure adherence to policies.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing on time and manage framing team KPI's.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs, and truck unloading and stocking processes.
