Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
• Manage SOP adherence, company programs and store policies to ensure compliance and safety.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time and meet KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs and participate in Hiring/Performance processes.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support talent development and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and participate in truck unloading and stocking.
