Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers in delivering custom framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing plans.
• Manage workload planning with Store Manager to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in interviewing and training.
