Michaels Store in Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking a Store Lead to coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating framing solutions for their art. You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.

Responsibilities include leading staff, planning workloads with the Store Manager, and ensuring SOP compliance, safety, and inventory processes while serving as MOD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet timelines.
• Drive custom framing sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure store policies, SOPs, safety, and inventory processes are followed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support omni-channel processes.
