Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and ensuring SOP compliance and company programs.
• Coach and develop team selling behaviors to improve customer service and sales.
• Plan workload, manage framing sales and production, and drive KPI achievement.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs, and training of team members.
