Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets and ensure on-time delivery of framing work.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of new team members and support Talent Development initiatives.
• Ensure SOP adherence and safe operating environment, and handle store operations as MOD when required.
