Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide outstanding customer service, demonstrate fragrances, and help customers select the right products. You will engage shoppers, explain scent notes, and assist with stock and fulfillment to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience. You should be comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of the store and assist digital and physical customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage and benefits to customers.
• Maintain accurate presentation and replenishment of stock and assist with inventory checks.
• Attend product training and participate in sales events to maximize fragrances sales.
