Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional fragrance services, assist customers, and contribute to department success. The role includes selling, demonstrating fragrances, fulfillment, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for both digital and in-store customers.
• Explain and demonstrate the use of fragrances.
• Coordinate with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory and discrepancies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs in a timely manner.
