Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in total store environment.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through samples or cards.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Maintain proper product presentation and store cleanliness.
