Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional fragrance sales and demonstrations, while contributing to department success. The role includes fulfillment duties and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Resourceful self-starter, can work independently or in a team.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours (days/evenings/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for total store and digital/physical channels.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use to customers.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory issues.
• Attend fragrance product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure stock presentation, organization, and replenishment.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs promptly.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work area and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures.
• Foster an inclusive environment with colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.
