Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for both in-store and digital customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through actual application or card applications.
• Coordinate with Fragrance Counter Manager on inventory and discrepancies.
• Attend product training and maintain proper stock presentation and replenishment.
• Participate in pre-selling events to maximize sales.
