Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional fragrance services, sell products, demonstrate usage, and support fulfillment. The role includes participating in pre-selling events and ensuring accurate stock and presentation throughout the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across total store and digital channels.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through application or testers.
• Coordinate with Fragrance Counter Manager on inventory and stock accuracy.
• Attend product trainings and seminars to stay informed.
• Maintain presentation, organization, storage and replenishment of stock.
