Macy's is hiring a Fragrance RSS Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate fragrances, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in product training, help drive sales through pre-selling events, and ensure stock is presented and replenished properly. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and reliability are essential for success in this role at Macy's.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse customers.
• Resourceful and adaptable; able to handle changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service for fragrance and related items.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use to customers.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager to manage inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars to stay informed.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales events to drive revenue.
• Process receipts, damages, and RTVs promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with loss prevention procedures.
• Foster inclusive environment and reliable attendance.
