Job summary

Osmo is seeking a QC Manager, Fragrance for its Elizabeth, New Jersey operation. This full-time, on-site role leads fragrance quality control for incoming raw materials and finished products, making accept or reject decisions and building the QC program as the function grows.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of direct fragrance-industry QC experience (eight to twelve years preferred), a chemistry-related degree, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Five+ years direct fragrance-industry QC experience.
• Eight to twelve years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field preferred.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fragrance QC for incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Make accept or reject decisions on materials and products.
• Build and grow the QC program as Osmo’s fragrance QC function expands.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving, Fragrance Development, Production, and AI teams.
