Job summary

Osmo, a digital olfaction company, is seeking a QC Technician to join the team in Elizabeth, NJ. You will judge raw materials and finished fragrances using sensory evaluation and automated tests, ensuring quality before products reach customers.

Role requires fragrance industry experience, strong documentation, and the ability to make real-time accept/reject calls. On-site work five days a week with access to a growing growth pathway and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in fragrance industry and/or related fields required.
• Ability to make high-frequency accept/reject decisions.
• Strong documentation practices and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and sampling on raw materials and finished products.
• Apply sensory judgment to evaluate materials that automated tests cannot capture.
• Make real-time accept/reject decisions and escalate only ambiguous cases.
