Job summary

Osmo, a digital olfaction company, is building and leading its Quality Control program at a ground-floor level in Elizabeth, NJ. You will own QC for raw materials and finished fragrance, using both automated testing and olfactive judgment to ensure quality from incoming materials to customer-ready products.

You will design the QC process, document procedures, lead root-cause investigations, and grow a QC team as Osmo scales, with close collaboration across Purchasing, Production, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fragrance QC experience required.
• Builder of QC processes, not just operators.
• Organoleptic and sensory evaluation skills for fragrance materials.

Responsibilities

• Own Raw Material Quality: judge incoming material results from automated testing.
• Apply olfactive judgment to materials and finished goods.
• Protect finished goods quality with triangulation tests on outgoing product.
