Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on sample lab compounding experience in fragrance or flavor manufacturing.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy weighing and blending materials.
• Able to follow written formulas and instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Fragrance compounding — accurately measure, weigh, and mix according to formulas and batch sheets.
• Verify materials and formulas against specs to flag discrepancies.
• Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment per SOPs.
• Follow safety protocols including hazardous material handling and PPE.
• Monitor raw material stock levels using the inventory system and report shortages.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams for consistency and efficiency.
