Job summary

Osmo is a fragrance-focused company seeking a Compounder to accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheets in our sample lab. The role emphasizes precision, understanding material characteristics, and developing sensory judgment in a craft environment.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of hands-on compounding experience in fragrance or flavor manufacturing, with extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow written formulas

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on sample lab compounding in fragrance or flavor manufacturing.
• Extreme attention to detail in measuring, weighing, and blending raw materials.
• Able to follow written formulas and instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Fragrance compounding — measure, weigh, and mix according to formulas and batch sheets.
• Verify materials and formulas against specifications and batch sheets.
• Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and production equipment per SOPs.
• Follow safety protocols, including hazardous material handling and PPE.
• Monitor raw material stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams for consistency.
