Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Fragrance Specialist to execute the customer experience and drive sales across designated stores in the market. You will champion a branded experience and support the Creed sales team in achieving monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail sales in fragrance or luxury goods, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong sales experience in retail/fragrance industry.
• Experience building relationships in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Good technical computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; multi-tasking ability.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by upholding exceptional standards; support sales.
• Drive store-level sales plan; support Creed Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
• Achieve personal sales goals; promote Creed and intersell; support launches.
• Execute market calendar action plans; presell launches and in-store events.
• Engage with customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Assist with monthly meetings and align with management.
• Collaborate with manager and team to drive all aspects of business.
• Open/close duties if located in a boutique location.
