Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience by upholding high standards and supporting in-store sales.
• Drive store sales plans and support Creed sales team to meet targets.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed through upselling and launches.
• Execute market-based action plans, presell launches, and in‑store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and lasting relationships.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with management to align strategies.
• Open/close procedures where required at boutique locations.
