Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes in New York City is seeking a Fragrance Specialist to execute our Customer Experience and sales strategy at Bergdorf Goodman. You will help deliver a branded, engaging shopping experience and support the Creed sales team in reaching store targets.

The role requires at least three years of retail sales experience, preferably in fragrance or luxury goods, with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Flexible and able to multi-task.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience and drive sales in stores.
• Support Creed sales team in achieving store-level sales plan.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote brand and intersell.
• Execute action plans including presell launches and events.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with management.
• Drive all aspects of the business with the team.
• Open/close duties if based in boutique location.
