You will promote Creed products, engage with clients, and collaborate with the boutique team to meet sales goals while upholding our core values of transparency, recognition, accountability and communication. Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move in store; capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer experience and sales strategy at Creed boutique.
• Drive store sales and support Creed sales team to achieve plans.
• Promote and execute presell launches and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Attend and participate in store meetings and partner with management.
