The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in fragrance or flavor compounding, strong attention to detail, and comfort with lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fragrance or flavor compounding.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials and PPE.
• Familiar with SOPs and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, weigh, and blend raw materials per formulas.
• Monitor material quality and report discrepancies.
• Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, and pumps.
• Maintain safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Assist with inventory levels and stocking.
